A Stronger Body is a Stronger Mind

I’ve always believed this, but as Bryan Johnson points out, never trust the first level of a given thing.

Is this really true, and why is it true?

Does building muscle really make you healthier (in contrast to just exercise?) ? How much do genetics play a factor?

bodybuilding = increase the muscle volume and strength of an individual fitness = create a healthy physical state by exercising and nutrition

As mentioned, bodybuilders are increasingly increasing the volume and consumption of foods to increase their muscle mass, and the difference with fitness professionals is that fitness workers are more likely to lose muscle than to lose weight. They use their bodies, which means they burn off excess fat, so fitness enthusiasts usually have a very limited calorie diet.

Of course, bodybuilders are not always on the rise and are ideal for body fat after increasing their muscle size for some time, then with excessive drying or hydrating periods, but fitness Workers are always burning fat and devoting no time to increasing muscle mass.
