- Milk chocolate

Ingredient Wu hua rou:
- Pork belly
- Bay leaves
- Ginger
- Green onion
- Eggs
Ingredient list for 1 portion of pork cabbage dumpling:
- 3 Cabbage leaves
- 3 Green onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1lb Minced pork (肉末)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teapsoon of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon of corn starch
Fennel dumpling:
- Pork cabbage dumpling but use fennel instead of the cabbage
- Ginger (?)
Mandu dumpling:
- 2x zucchini
- Bean sprouts
- Asian chive
- Tofu
- Onion
- Vermicelli starch noodle
Step 1: Cut the cabbage
- Add 1 teaspoon the cabbage after cutting, and wait for 30mins. Then squeeze out the excess moisture
- Balaces the crunchiness
- Chop green onion
Step 1: Mix this all together
- 1lb Minced pork (肉末)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teapsoon of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon of corn starch
Step 3: mixing together
- Add sesame oil, to lock in the moisture
Step 4: Wrap and boil
