Feature Complete (FC)

FC denotes a version of a piece of software having all the functionality intended for the final version but requiring some improvements and fixes before release.

A state of software indicating that no more features need to be added.

My team at NVIDIA regularly uses this term. After we are done with FC, the QA team tries and goes to find all the bugs.
