Gaining Energy / What makes you energized?

I feel most energed.

This ties together with Motivation.

I feel most energized when I get to work on cool shit with cool people. Like being part of a team working on something cool that everyone is excited about. I guess but if you ask for work-life balance, that’s not going to happen.
