Oblate Spheroid
This is just an ellipse that’s rotated around it’s origin. It only has 2 parameters (same as an Ellipse).
- Actually, it’s a Ellipsoid, but two of the parameters have the same values
This is used for WGS 84 to represent the surface of the earth.
