Wow, this was such an amazing movie. I watched it on April 15th 2022 for the first time. It was so good, now I understand why it won best picture in 2019.

There were are few interesting thoughts I had while watching this movie.

“She’s rich, but still nice. No, she’s nice because she’s rich. Hell, if I had all this money. I’d be nice, too! –”

• What is the correlation between wealth and kindness. Are people nice and gullible because they are nice? They are some really evil people in this society, but are they only evil and selfish because of their environment, they don’t have the financial means to be kind (which would happen if you are rich)?
• Not true though, some people are really rich and selfish. You can be poor and still practice kindness, but if you want to climb the ladder to become rich again, actually you can still do that by being nice.

Thiefs are like cockroaches. In darkness, they are very comfortable. But as soon as the light comes on, all the cockroaches scatter.
