🌞 MORNING ROUTINE (protect + control oil)

Goal:
Prevent new damage, keep oil calm, don’t overload skin.

1️⃣ Cleanse (optional / very gentle)

  • Best: rinse with water

  • If oily: tiny amount of your gentle pH 5.7 cleanser

👉 Morning over-cleansing = more oil later.


2️⃣ Hydrating toner (VT Cica Toner)

  • Pat on with hands (don’t wipe)

  • 1–2 layers max

Why: adds water so pores don’t stretch.


3️⃣ Light moisture (VT Cica Cream – very small amount)

  • Pea-sized

  • Press into skin

Why:
Skipping moisturizer makes oil worse.
Light seal = calmer sebum.


4️⃣ Sunscreen (MOST IMPORTANT)

  • Watery sunscreen

  • 2 finger lengths for face

  • Every day, even cloudy / indoors

This step alone prevents:

  • new brown spots

  • pore enlargement

  • collagen loss

👉 This is your real anti-aging step.


❌ Morning: what NOT to use

  • No vitamin C (for now)

  • No exfoliation

  • No “oil control” products


🌙 NIGHT ROUTINE (repair + fade damage)

Goal:
Repair sun damage, calm inflammation, improve texture.


1️⃣ Cleanse (this is the main cleanse)

  • Gentle cleanser
  • Pea-sized
  • 20–30 seconds only
  • Lukewarm water

Skin should feel comfortable, not tight.

2️⃣ Hydrating toner (VT Cica Toner)

  • Same as morning
  • Pat in

3️⃣ Treatment step (VT PDRN Glow Essence)

  • This is your serum

  • 1 pump / thin layer

Why:
Repairs barrier, improves tone, supports younger skin behavior.


4️⃣ Seal moisture

Choose ONE, not both:

Option A (most nights)

  • VT Cica Cream (thin layer)

Option B (2–3 nights/week)

  • Laneige Water Sleeping Mask (gel)

  • Use instead of cream

Why:
Overnight hydration = smoother, younger-looking skin.
