Sleep Paralysis

I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time today 01-07-2022.

I was taking a nap, and I was in this dream, and then I could feel something grabbing onto my heart and it started hurting a little bit. I tried to look into that direction but I felt powerless. I was scared there was some sort of monster grabbing my heart.
