Burden of Proof Fallacy

Making a claim that needs justification, then demanding that the opponent justifies the opposite of the claim.

However, just because there is no evidence presented against something, that doesn’t automatically make that thing true.

Redressing the Fallacy

If your interlocutor makes a claim and then demands that you “change their mind,” politely decline and invite them to explain why they think their claim is worth believing. There is a good chance your interlocutor is arguing in bad faith if they make a claim and then insist that you have the burden of proof.
