그러니까 (geu-reo-ni-kka) -

  1. “So / therefore” (making a conclusion)
  • 그러니까 집에 가자. = “So let’s go home.”
  1. “I mean / like” (filler while explaining)
  • 그러니까… 내가 말하는 건… = “I mean… what I’m saying is…” And a very common “agreeing” version:
  • 그러니까! = “Exactly! / That’s what I’m saying!”
