Lenz’s Law

Lenz’s Law states that the magnetic field of the current is created in such a way that it opposes the rate of change of magnetic flux.

• It is the “minus (-)” sign inside Faraday’s Law.

→ Not a quantitative law. → Current opposes the change of magnetic filed.

It is the most human law in physics. Inertia is in all of us. We all fight change at some level.
