OCaml

I missed out on the talk by Yaron Minksy, but I watched his talk on YouTube.

At first, I really hated Scala, but his talk about why Jane Street switched to OCaml is really starting to change my perspective.

He talks about how these typed languages really help prevent bugs from happening. And training is so much faster.

• This is unless you use libraries like NumPy, where things are already optimized in C++

It’s very similar to Scala.
