- (FIRST TIME ONLY): Go under Tools > Add-Ins > SpurGear (Python) > Click Run
- Solid Tab > Create > Spur Gear

- Minimum of 13 tooth
- Add tolerance (backlash)
- Thickness = strength. When possible, add a backing
