Conservative Force (Path-Independent)

A force $\vec{F}$ is conservative when the net work done by the force in moving an object over any closed path is zero. $\oint \vec{F}(\vec{r})\cdot d\vec{r}=0\text{(conservative force)}$ $\oint F(x)\cdot dx=0\text{(conservative force in 1D)}$
