Magnetic Field
A magnetic field is created by a moving charge. Practical magnetic fields are created by Electron Current.
Danger
Magnetic fields are NOT Conservative.
- Unlike Electric Field, which is just an inherent property of a charge
- Magnetic interactions are understood in terms of Magnetic Poles: north and south
- Magnetic Force similar to Electric Force is to the action of magnetic fields
- Magnetic poles never occur in isolation. All magnets are dipoles, with two poles.
