Mechanical Engineering
I need to master SolidWorks and MathCad.
This is a really important field that I need to master if I want to become a better engineer that can build anything I want. Learning a lot of it through personal projects, being in University of Waterloo Robotics Team, as well as through the Waterloo MME Sub-Wiki.
I really suck at Mechanical Engineering. I struggle to reason about building mechanisms, for example seeing this blinking animatronic eyes https://www.instagram.com/p/C2G9lIUvJOR/, I have difficulty imagining myself building one from scratch, I need to see someone else do it first.
- I feel like a lot of mechanical engineering is just knowing what parts to use. Clayton is really good a mech e. just because of his wide experience building things, and he’s seen all kinds of mechanisms
