I used to have this on Zotero. Now, I just put it under the research-papers folder and use the Obsidian Scholar extension to do it for me :) very convenient

At what point do you put a concept under research papers vs. regular notes? For example, transformers was a paper that came out in 2017. So are you going to make transformers a note inside research-papers? If it’s old enough that is commoditized as a concept, then put it in your regular notes. Else, research papers.

After all, many of the concepts I have today are originally research ideas until they became popularly widespread enough to be taught. For example, Relativity.

If you want to be a top researcher, you need to get into the habit of reading lots of papers.
